Marvel Universe Wave 17 (2012 Wave 1) Released in Canada

Thanks to a sighting made by AFN member Matrix_Holder, we now know that wave 17 of Marvel Universe (http://www.actionfigurenews.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=854) has hit Canadian retail. This wave consists of Ages of Thunder Thor, Patriot, Astonishing Storm, Shadowland Daredevil, Psylocke, and Heroic Age Iron Fist.

The sighting was made at a Toys "R" Us in Ontario.

I think they only had shadow land daredevil and patriot,iron fist i think. no thor, psylocke, storm. as of 2days ago:(

I just got back and can second vujonny - the shelves are emptied of MU singles.

saw these at my local TRU today! only 6.97 each with the 30% off sale! :clapping:

I went there today at 7pm. No MU.
Just sentinels, IM2, Captain america and TRU exclusives with stands, no single cards. Unless they have another area for MU stuff.

Saw this wave along with team packs at a couple TRUs today. Haha, so no doubt they were hanging onto these (along with the Avengers stuff) till after the sale.

Yeah, had a feeling that they would do that. I think they had the sale in order to clear out some of the older figures and make space for the new stuff. Not sure how well that worked though. I still see IM2, Captain America, and Thor stuff still clogging the pegs.
