Okay, sorry if I posted in the wrong spot. But what I want to ask is how much are the SDCC Sgt. Slaughter figures are worth?

Before I ask NONE ARE FOR SALE!!!!!!

I bought about 3 sets and an extra Triple T Variant. I paid about $75 per set.
The extra Triple T I paid $50.

What are they approximately worth now?:canada:
Approximate value of each figure.

sounds like math text book question.

This is why Ebay, contrary to people's opinions, is your friend.

I took a quick look and found the following:

Anything that was a high price to start didn't seem to sell.

Auctions are where the money is at, based on a search with completed auctions as well.

A set seems to go for around $200.

The Triple T version seems to go for around $150

The USA version goes for around $50.

So I would say you got a pretty good deal considering where the market is currently.

I have two sets of the slaughter myself. One set I got off a Chinese seller months before SDCC, the other set I got off GIJCC. I opened one of the wrestling Slaughters.

I actually haven't checked the value on these, but as canprime said, ebay is your friend for these sorts of things. If they are going for as much as it seems, then I think I gotta start thinking about selling a set, lol. I could buy a whole new Macross Valkyrie for that price!!!

I just want to know who the Chinese seller was. I want to know if I can score either Slaughter or Jinx figures that way.

You have to be careful about ordering from sellers before SDCC. A lot of guys last year preordered with sellers they thought were legit, but got screwed because they ordered so far out that the paypal 45 day policy didn't cover them.

I would only order from people who have very high ratings, with in-stock items only. If you are going to preorder SDCC items from sellers, make sure you order within the 45 day window. That way you can make a claim if they don't follow through. Also be suspicious of sellers trying to sell multiple preorders of something that is rare. Most of the time there is a 1 per person limit at SDCC, so if he's selling 10, chances are he's either lying, or there is a very slim chance all 10 orders will be filled.
