Star Wars Vintage Collection Blue Packaging

I was wondering if Hasbro is deciding to change the Star Wars Vintage Collection Packaging to blue instead of the standard vintage style packaging. I am not sure if they are just chase cards or something. Can somebody tell me please. I am really confused.:confused:

They are chase cards but the assortment they are shipping in comes in doubles 6 vintage cards and 6 blue cards.
So they really shouldn't be that hard to find.
