GI Joe vendor at 80s Toy Expo

I was at the 80s Toy Expo at Richmond Hill on April 1st.

There was a GI Joe vendor with 2 tables with many loose GI Joe figures. Most of them he sells for $5-10 a piece.

Anyone happen to know his name, email, or better a website?

I rarely have Sunday off but if he will be at the coming Collectible Expo then I would like to switch my day off with someone.
