Got this bad boy recently. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v360/yauyuso/Toys/P1050501.jpg

The new Batman movies uses the same logo but tweaks it with the next movie. The logo is for Dark Knight Rises for sure but what we're getting here is actually a figure based on The Dark Knight design. Way to go Mattel!

Take away the outside box is a Wayne Manor cover art

The billionaire playboy

The faithful butler

Once you open the box you'll see a Bat gear display set up similar to what you see in the movie. The other side is the piano room you saw in Batman Begins. And finally there's Bruce Wayne

The biggest selling point with this set is it includes what Mattel have been completely ignoring for the past 3 years. The Movie Masters line is a great 6" scale toy line for Batman movies but we never got any appropriate accessories for Batman. What you see here are gears from Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. While Mattel labeled this as a Dark Knight Rises exclusive figure, what you see here are only gears used in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.
It's missing the customized external hard drive cannon featured in the Dark Knight Rises trailer.

Press the middle part to activate the light and sound features.

The Bruce Wayne figure is slimmer than the average DCUC bodies and feels more like a Young Justice body with newly tooled legs.

The MM Batmen figures were all sculpted with open hands but comes with no accessories. Basically Mattel is expecting everyone to buy an exclusive figure for accessories for their Movie Masters Batman.

And guess what? They are out of scale!

A magnetic grapple gun that wasn't included in TDK MM, BB MM, not even the survival suit Bruce Wayne MM.

If you want to put on the bat suit, be careful with the hands as they may poke through the sleeves.

Compared to the previous Bruce Wayne head sculpt. This Bruce has a sharper jawline.

The suit is made of soft rubber. Back in the days with the Batman Begins or The Dark Knight 5" line, a similar idea was used for Bruce Wayne figures. It will come with a rubber chest piece and rubber cowl. However the rubber will deteriorate in time which I am worried that the same thing might happen to this exclusive.

I have a fondness of suit up figures. I collect almost every Bruce Wayne to Batman figure or unmask Batman.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v360/yauyuso/Toys/P1050538.jpg
There won't be much movement with the figure once he's Batman.

the lower leg and the boots are swapable pieces. I prefer it better than snap on armors.

suit up! The Dark Knight suit

The eyes are still visible under the cowl.

The soft plastic material does take away part of the sculpts detailing.

Even thought it's made with soft rubber, I'm impressed how much detail was kept on the suit.

The reaction for this exclusive has been a mix. So it might not be that hard to get from Matty.

HasbroToyShop sold out of Fall of Cybertron Burticus in 8min and the rest I hear within 20min tops. Didn't get any SDCC exclusives from them.
So honestly here's hoping I can get my hands on one.

I really like this set but the piano doesn't always work. Still, don't regret this purchase.

Yeah. It's hard to tell where the exact button is for the piano.
