Thanks to AFN member jacobot we now know that Zellers has reduced the price of its GIJOE Multi-Figure sets.

The GIJOE 25th Anniversary Five Packs are now $19.99, reduced $10 from $29.99, while the DVD/Figure Pack is now $21.99.

Odds of seeing the other 3 packs have just dropped to 10%.

Yeah, I checked out a couple other Zellers in Brampton and they were $24.99 too... I'm gonna have to visit EMTC :p

That means they weren't reduced at all. That's the original price.

Dang. I just checked out a Zellers in Richmond and it said $24.99 as the price cut. WTF is going on?

I don't know, I'd think that if Zellers was ever going to get sets 3, 4, and 5, they probably already did. They'd likely be sitting around in a dusty old warehouse somewhere, just waiting for some shelf space to be freed up.

If that's the case, then our chances of seeing them soon have actually improved.

Truthfully, though, I doubt that's case. I doubt we'll be seeing them at all. Especially set 5, which was, and continues to be, hard to find at many places in the states.

Some people in the states are having trouble finding ROTF Soundwave though. So if by some cosmic chance we do get the other packs set 5 might be in there.

I just checked my Zellers... took the 5pk to a price check machine and it said it was $25.99, regular $29.99.
