The CGI in the trailer is impressive, most impressive, even if the villian looks like he only found half of Darth Vaders costume at a Value Village:p

What time period is it set in though? Those ships look rather modern...and KOTOR is set way back...right?

It's set around the same time as KOTOR I think. The Star Wars universe is technologically stagnant. Meaning that tech during the KOTOR era is no less advanced than Galactic civil war era.

Pretty cool. The lightsaber fighting here is better than in the prequels; especially that swarm of Jedi in the Geonosis arena.

this game looks sweet. This and Cataclysm are so going to eat up my time and money this year.

And did you here that we all players get their own starship at some point in the game that act as your own base of operations.
