Whats the best online store in terms of pricing and variety that carries most of the marvel universe 3.75" figures. Also a store that ships out and does not cost me any custom fees.

You could actually try ordering straight from the ToysRUs canadian site. Obviously by ordering from within Canada you'd avoid customs fees, although I'm not sure just what TRU carries when it comes to MU (now called Avengers Infinite btw) figures.

there would be a blue moon if an online comic/action figure store didn't charge for shipping.

Toyonfire.Com is pretty good. They charge about the same as a comic book store and do charge for shipping but you won't get hit with customs.
