I. Joe trademark under the category of Entertainment Services at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (http://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=87253588&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION &caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch). This may not sound like an exciting news but the timing fits perfectly with their*plans for the Hasbro Cinematic Universe. The trademark status of G. I.
