Director James Bobin has been chosen (http://deadline.com/2018/02/action-man-movie-james-bobin-direct-paramount-players-hasbro-toy-1202282173/) to direct a Live Action Movie based on Hasbro‘s Action Man property. The movie is planned to be produced by Paramount Players; a studio division of Paramount Pictures. Action Man is a series of action figures launched in Britain in 1966 by Palitoy as a licensed copy of Hasbro’s G.I. Joe (Movable Fighting Man series) in the United States.
