aren't this things like 12.99 in the states?

29.99 is ridiculous!

Are you serious????????? how is Zellers able to get away with this?????

Someone has to post this to Hasbro as a question, why such a price difference???

I actually thought I might pick these up in Canada when I saw this post, but not at that price.. would rather drive 2.5 hours and pick them up at Target than pay that highway robbery price!

at first I wasn't sure about the price, but after looking at the target website

http://www.target.com/G-I-Joe-Barney-Assault-Glider/dp/B001QUX7A8/sr=1-13/qid=1257397577/ref=sr_1_13/180-1387263-5447206?ie=UTF8&search-alias=tgt-index&frombrowse=0&index=target&rh=k%3Agi%20joe&page=1

it seems that 12.99 is the reg price in target. And 9.99 on sale!

this is really ridiculous that these figures are being charged more than twice what US consumers are paying

That price won't last beyond a month.
Probably be $16.99 in 2 weeks.

Despite the prices, I'm still extremely happy these came out here in Canada at mass retail. For those of us who can't go stateside, we can at least wait for the prices to drop over time.

Someone in Barrie on the Ontario sightings forum recently reported that Zellers had the Target exclusive R.H.I.N.O. with Rampage (a.k.a. Heavy Metal) for $79.99. Yes, that's pricey...but the fact that it's available here is still good news for us Joe collectors who don't want to pay a fortune for it at collectible stores and toys shows, or eBay. :)

Now if only Zellers could start carrying some of Mattel's Target exclusive DC Universe Classics figures...

well it hasn't been 2 weeks but the new flyer sez ALL G.I.JOE FIGURES AND VEHICLES WILL BE 25% OFF starting Nov.13-19 :)

29.99 x 0.75 = 22.49

hmmmm isn't that the same price as a Bravo vehicle!

Yeah what would you buy for $29.99...figure and mini vehicle or figure and jet...?
I grabbed a Tiger Rat today but it doesn't look like any of these have sold in the first week or 2...

Got myself a SNAKE armor yesterday. Not as exciting as I'd expected. The armor itself is sort of silly looking and not a whole lot of fun to play with. However, it is in all respects, except colour, exactly as I remember the original. I guess, for me, it just doesn't hold up after all this time.

I am having a bit of fun with the neo-viper, though. I really like how his weapons store on his backpack. This figure would be worlds better if he didn't have the red paint on him, I think.

I'm kind of curious about that jet pack now.
