Cleaning evil nicatine stains off of toys.

MY brother recentantly unboxed his loose collection of Starwars toys. Now our parnets smoked so we new they would be stains. but we never though it would be that bad.

SO basically what i'm asking is if anyone knows a super secert way to clean of these heavy stains?

We tried soap and hot water, and tonight i think they get a vinager.

Is their any other way to clean them off

He got the stickiness off with soap and water, but he's gonna try the hydro-peroxided bath in teh summer when the sun is out longer to try and get the coloring faded more.
