It seems to be. He can turn his head both ways and tilt it a bit. The hair restricts the movment a little.

Nah, Hasbro has always been known for repackaging and repainting figures, particularly in their Star Wars line. :rolleyes:

You know, I never thought this figure would be all that popular. I can't believe they've run out! :eek: Then again, it is a pretty important figure to most Star Wars fans since it marks the 10 year anniversary of the release of The Phantom Menace.
