This latest version of Nova has been sighted at multiple EB Games stores in Ontario.

I was lucky enough to find him at one of the local EB games in Victoria. They said he never came up for pre order and was just shipped out. That’s hasbro for you

now they just need to do a second pre-order run of Quasar who sold out in like an hour, most likely bought up by the usual scoundrels, because no other ML on EB's website sold as quick out as Quasar, which makes me think Scalpers and hoarders who see the "Exclusive" tag and get dollar signs in their eyes.
