Goldenagetoys preorders

I have a quick question for anyone who shops from Goldenagetoys.com and thier preorder items. I've ordered from them in the past and have been very pleased, but I noticed that items get delayed and when I asked them politely about it they gave me a little bit of a snappy response.

How long does it take them to get their Star Wars figs in? They have a couple still listed for September of 2009, and some for Jan 2010. (which I assume may be delayed as well) I'm asking here because I don't want to place an order and end up waiting while other oppertunities pass me by.

Has anybody pre-ordered with them before and had this happen?

I've never preordered, but back during TFTM, my buddy preordered a bunch of figures and it took them months to get it for him. He'd send a polite email every couple weeks or so and they would only respond to every third email and even then it was short and kind of "snappy." This is all anecdotal of course, but I know he wasn't pleased with the delays and short emails. I just think they don't like answering emails.

Maybe I'll just wait for them to actually get it in stock. I've had no problems dealing with them within-stock items.

That's what I do. I only buy from them if they have it in stock. Preorders I always go elsewhere.
