Has anyone ever ordered from Toyglobe.com? Thinking of placing a couple preorders, but wondering if they were good.

I ordered from them once in 2007 and have no complaints.(I don't do very much online ordering at all). Got a great price on some then clearance stuff.
I'll order from them again one day if the oppurtunity presents itself.:)

Pud,
Before you buy from toyglobe you should google "toyglobe complaints". I was going to purchase from them but I thought twice because I came across a lot of negative feedback regarding people not getting what they ordered and having to go through a lot of termoil getting their credit card company to do a charge back. I'd look at these complaints before making a final decision.

In my experience DO NOT order from Toyglobe.com. :takes deep breath:
The first time I ordered from them it took three months to get my stuff. The second time was in October 2008 and I still have not gotten my items, I know my money order arrived there because I used express post and the tracking # showed it arrived at its destination. Since then I have continueously tried to contact them by phone (they never called back afer I left multiple messages on their answering machine, when it's not full), most of the time you get a recording saying their voice mail box is full. I have also e-mailed them nine zillion times sometimes getting a reply to phone, (yeah great idea, try returning calls and emptying your mail box you dorks) but most of the time I don't get a reply. I am nice about the emails and calls, not bitching or demanding my order, I tell them the situation and what my order is, and why I'm using an old order number(you have to give them a order # to send a email to customer service and they never gave me one for my new order, but I tell them it's an old number) I even give them my Canada Post express post tracking number and tell them to go to CP.ca and look it up to prove I'm not making it up. They are without a supreme doubt the worst version of a collector's nightmare and I standby my rant, in my opinion their business should be warned or shut down if this has happened to alot people and not just me. They are unprofessional, unreliable and a complete joke in the customer service department. I do not recomend them and I warn everyone to stay away from them :end rant:
P.S. sorry if this ruffles anyones feathers, they just tick me off and I don't want anyone put in the same position as I'm in.

No worries, totally understandable. When you get shite service, you wanna let others know about it.
I actually ended up ordering the items I wanted from another site that had them in stock, so all is well. Thanks for the replies everyone

I know this is an old thread but in case anyone checked here and wasn't convinced not to order from Toyglobe I wanted to throw my 2 cents in.
Do not order from them unless you hate money and hate receiving action figures in the mail. I am hard pressed to find anything on the internet with as many poor reviews as this company, save for maybe fascism and certain wars.
I placed an order myself to the tune of 250.00. A month later after no response to their online form requesting a tracking number or some idea when/if my items were coming and no return of several phone call messages AND after about 15 seconds of seeing the sheer volume of complains that exist, I canceled my credit card and began the process of a charge back with my bank. Only after I left several messages indicating I was contacting authorities in this matter did I receive an email back stating one of my items was simply back ordered and I would have them within 7 days. Just the fact I was charged fully for all items when they specifically state in emails they will only charge for items in stock that are ready to be shipped, is criminal and enough reason to demand my money back. Either way I doubt I would ever see those toys so I will get my money back and do everything I can to turn away business for these crooked bastards.
