looking for stores carrying revoltech

Anyone know of any stores, B&M (in either the GTA, Kitchener, or Niagara region) or online, that sells Revoltech figs at relatively decent prices? I just saw pics of the skeleton and one of the godzilla's monsters and would like to get my hands on them.

There is a small B+M store in First Markham place (Hwy.7 and Woodbine) called Toy2. They have revoltechs and other imported toys like Figma and Hottoys. The prices are reasonable on some items, but being imported, a lot of stuff is really expensive. They have an online store as well but oddly everything is in US funds (even though they are based in Canada). I have seen the Revolteh Sci-fi Monster Gamera there and a few others. I think they sell them for $40-$50. Nice little store... crowded as hell.

I would've seriously considered them but after getting nailed to the wall with customs on both of my last orders from them, I would prefer to deal with someone within CAN. Would rather have all prices known to me when I order them.

I don't know what import stores charge where you are, but here, they're very expensive. I buy all my revoltechs direct from HLJ.com, which will usually have earlybird discounts if you preorder. I chose the cheapest shipping method. Even with shipping and conversion, they end up cheaper than what my local import shops charge with taxes. Unfortunately due to the import nature, Revoltechs in general are just not cheap. HLJ also gets them in the day they're released in Japan. So less wait time.

most of the revoltech or Gundam are like 780 yen shipping, for a 1600 yen figure, it becomes 2,380.00 JPY = 30.0013 CAD, which is actually more than the listing price for the local toy shop from $23~$25. Even paying the tax, it is still lower than $30 Cad, by imported only 1 figure.

so make sure you can buy more than 1 and not not too much to be hitted by the custom tax.


Otherwise, some HK located ebay seller might have low starting bid or buy it at low price at a single item.
