Can't wait to get these. I guess they decided to cram all the remaining figures into one release to get them out of the way for the movie. Outback and Strato-Viper were supposed to come with vehicles, Alley-Viper, Lamprey, and Night Creeper were supposed to have been in comic 2-packs. Depending on how these sets are retailed, this is a lot better than trying to get these guys with vehicles that seem determined to stay out of Canada, or getting stuck with more of the Dukes and SE's that would have filled out the 2-packs.

Seeing as how I only collect Cobra figures...I'm a happy, happy man!

After this, I think I'm done. :(

You stole the words out of my mouth. I was waiting to see a Dr. Mindbender to complete my Cobra ranks.

The only thing that might keep me going is Sgt. Slaughter or more MASK figures.

EDIT: Forgot about Cobra La... Give me more of that too!!

I hope these make it on canadain shelves. Looks like it could be the last bunch of joes from the 25th line...

These look really good, and I definitely want both packs.

The only thing I'm worried about is that they'll be an American online exclusive rather than something released at mass retail.

There will be a Slaughter fig released in the WWE line, I think in the same scale 3.5", only gripe is he will be wearing wrestling underwear :)

Okay, now this is really fucking sick. I can't seem to get this 7 pack out of my head. I've been thinking about it ever since it was announced, and I go to BBTS to see if a preorder is up almost every day. Jesus. Maybe my girlfriend is right when she says I'm border-line retarded for this crap. Someone help me. :(

Dr. Mindbender=sold! He's the only Joe character we (my brother and I being 22 months apart tended to get gifted together, I got a joe he got a joe, I got Ultra Magnus he got Shockwave, etc) had as kids.

BBTS and Smalljoes have 'em on preorder now! Just locked my set in. Looks like they're already on their way, according to the Smalljoes newsletter, and slated to arrive in online stores later this month! Hurry and get yours! :D:D:D:D

Yeah, what Lars said. If you want them, you need to order them online. The only other way you might be able to get them is maybe at your local comic shop, but they normally charge a ridiculous price for these.

I don think any comic shop around here would carry them. But 7 figures for around $50 isn't bad.

I've only seen one or two LCS here in Vancouver that sell them.

Mine are currently being "processed" right now at BBTS. As soon as it's done, I'm my pile of loot will be on the way! So excited... Alley Viper and Hit + Run are the two I am most looking forward to.

Here's hoping Joe is making good progress on his new material with Jeff.
Will it be out in 2010? It should be, cause I want to listen to it and I'm not the only one.

Alley Vipers and Range Vipers are both fantastic. I've never had a range viper before, but the Alley Viper has always been one of my faves, and I am so glad I have a replacement now for the vintage one I lost so long ago as a kid.

Had a major Joe haul last week. Got the two Cobra Island sets, as well as the desert Extreme Conditions set, Ghost Hawk, and artic HISS. Quite pleased with them all

. One of my favorite things about 25th style joes is when a character you never really noticed or cared about before, suddenly becomes one of your favorite guys, just because of how well done the new figure is. This has happened to me several times, and these Cobra Island sets, in particular, are no different. So, not only do I get much anticipated old favorites like Chuckles and Dr. Minbender, but I also get aquainted with some new favorites like Zap, Outback, Lamprey, and Range-Viper.

The only disappointment here is Ripcor... er, SPC Altitude. His helmet is too big, and can slide down over his face, like a spaceball. Also, the hose from his mask has nowhere to plug into. But these are minor things; he is by no means terrible. He's just not up to the same excellent standard of some of these other figures.

Yeah, Altitude sucks. I'm not as big a fan of the Joe pack, but the Cobra pack is awesome. Range-Viper is one of those figures where I didn't care for until I got the new version.

There's so much nostalgia in the 25th line. IMO, it's my favorite toy line. I really wish they'd go back to it. I suppose Hasbro will have to get over the Joe movie first.
