X-Men: First Class

I really enjoyed this film with Kevin Bacon as the highlight. Jackman's cameo was cool as well.:)

Saw it last night and really enjoyed it, especially Wolverine's cameo. :p However, I know I am a DC-er through and through as I was more excited about the Green Lantern trailer they showed before the movie even started. :p

Still, it was good, at least as good, if not slightly better, than the first X-Men movie. Marvel/X-Men fans will really enjoy it.

I liked it a lot. I'd say it is X2, First Class, X1 then X3 in terms of quality.

Saw it last night, I really liked it as well. They did a hell of a job developing Xavier and especially Magneto. I was surprised by how many familiar faces were in the cast, biggest one was seeing Michael Ironside there (and I had no idea Oliver Platt was in this too)!. Haha, did anyone else blindly stick around till the end of the credits?

Watched it over the weekend. Was very pleasently surprised, went in with the lowest of low expectations but i throughly enjoyed it! One of the better super hero movies in a while. I really had trouble not staring at Angels mustache though, you think they could have gotten rid of it during makeup haha

pick it up at FS with the trade and save. 19.99 for a Blu-Ray is not to shabby for a brand new release. Now I wait till work is over to pick up Thor...

FINALLY caught this on dvd last night... I don't get out to the pictures much anymore (haven't seen anything on the silver since Suckerpunch), but as X-Men was how I learned to read, I knew it was only a matter of time.

Loved the McAvoy/Fassbender chemistry...

Hated the use of Azazel, 'Angel' - and Darwin was kind of wasted on this. Would have preferred Moira MacTaggert actually be Scottish, but that's nitpicking I guess...

Bacon was wonderful, especially in German mode.

The one thing that bothered me was Darwin's death. If he could adapt to survive anything, why didn't he just make adapt to what Shaw did to him. Dumb....
