First Time Mattycollector Purchase

Morning all,

I made my first Mattycollector purchase this past Wednesday and I was wondering how long it usually takes for the order to be completed. I realize that they are likely very busy but I was just curious since what I ordered is likely going to be out of stock very soon.

Any insight would be appreciated,

If you ordered then it doesn't matter if it sells out after the fact. I can't speak of current shipping times as I typically ship to a friend across the border.

it usually takes about 3-4 weeks for my orders to come in.

Also, when an item is out of stock, it really isn't. They have reserve stock left for anything like exchanges or lost orders.

One time I made an order for the DCUC SC 2 packs (x3) and the order never came to me. So after 2 months of waiting, I called them up; and they sent me a replacement. So digital river (Matty's shipping company) is pretty good for that.

Shipping time is generally 2 weeks (at the absolute earliest) to 4 weeks, occasionally I have waited 2 months for something to arrive. It all depends if it gets stuck in customs or not.

And like CTO said they are generally pretty good when you dont get your package.

It took about 3 and a half weeks to get all my ghostbusters stuff that I ordered from their sale in October. Well worth the wait!
