The Marvel Legends Rogue and Pyro 2-pack have started showing up in EB Games stores. As of this report it looks like it's mostly preorders that are being filled at most stores but some locations have received extra stock.

EB Games in Nepean as well as the one in Kanata both have them at the front, ready for purchase. They have their pre-orders filled already. 2 at each store as of 4pm and 6pm last night.
