I like these options, but not as a tier unlock, they should have been included in the base offering.

Agreed, it's like they did a base version that they should've known would not make fans happy, then offer the fix as a reward. Sheesh.

These tiers need to be way more gangbusters than this... like a MMS or ASP to go with the HISS.

This is a bit weak. The missiles were excellent. I want a radar dish to put on top of the turret to turn the tank into an AA platform. Then I also want a MMS to tow.
