Jazwares Halo 6.5" Spartan Collection Reliable Source?

Does anyone know a reliable source to buy Jazwares Halo 6.5" spartan collection line in Canada? I have only seen them at Walmart, eb games, and TRU but none seem to offer pre-orders to guarantee actually getting them.
