Masters of the Universe Origins Rise of Evil 2-Pack & Wind Raider Released in Canada
 

Thanks to AFN member pringj, we now know that the Masters of the Universe Origins Rise of Evil Two Pack featuring Keldor and Kronis (a young Skeletor and Trap Jaw) has begun hitting the shelves in Canada. It was spotted at an Ontario Walmart. It was previously announced that the Rise of Evil pack would be hitting Canadian Walmart stores this fall, but much like the MOTU Origins Castle Grayskull playset (that would have a Canadian spring release according to the Masters of the Universe Twitter account, but Canadians started spotting the set earlier), it looks like Keldor and Kronis are starting to show up ahead of schedule.

And thanks to AFN member EpicLumpia for noting that the Masters of the Universe Origins Wind Raider has also been seen at a Walmart in Ontario.

The Rise of Evil Two Pack is a Walmart Canada exclusive and a Target US exclusive. I would not be surprised if they repackaged and/or re-released them later in the line, but who knows.

The Wind Raider is a regular retail release.

Wow! Great news, but it arrived a week after I ordered the 2-pack from amazon.com for probably double the cost :doh: Ah, the joys of collecting...right? ;)


Hopefully these will be easy to find so others can get theirs!

The Keldor & Kronis UPC is 887961989717 according to Google. Stocktrack shows them in some stores around here already. The price says $49.97.

Just bought the Rise of Evil 2pack in an Ottawa Walmart.

Never heard of Walmart working with SKUs, that's more of Toysrus' thing. You are better of with the UPC posted a few posts above.

The price on this two pack set is pretty rough though. With regular figures costing $15, I thought this would be more like $30. It's not like there are a ton of features of accessories.
