Target No Longer Shipping to Canada

FYI, Target is no longer shipping internationally.

I took it as from now on. This morning, when I went to pre-order Deadly Origins Black Widow and ROS Exclusive Blu-Ray, it wouldn't take me to the usual BorderFree page. Did a quick google search and found someone who had posted the aforementioned quote on redflagdeals, which was dated February 22nd.
