Amazon.com No Longer Ships To Canada?

I've been looking on Amazon for the past few weeks and I can't find a single seller on any item I've looked at that ships to Canada.
Amazon.com used to be one of the best places to order from, often times having better prices than other sites, especially better than Amazon.ca.
I can't find any information on what changed, so if anyone knows I'd love to be informed.

I find amazon.com hit and miss on wither they ship to Canada or not especially the non amazon resellers.

Ditto on that, I can't find anyone on amazon that will ship GI Joes to Canada

Haven't really noticed anything from Amazon.com that ships to Canada.
Always a hassle.
