Pre-orders have begun to pop up on numerous European and Japanese collectible retailers for a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series by NECA. The 2-pack features General Traag and Granitor, the two Rocks Soldiers from Dimension X. The figures look to be shipping out between November December via retailers such as ActionFiguren24, Mamegyorai, and Popcultcha. Like all of the TMNT Cartoon Series figures, when the figures become available in the US they will be Target Exclusives. See a few images after the jump.
