We’ve received the official announcement for Playmates Toys Voltron Classic ’84 figures. These were originally revealed back in September. The fully formed Voltron will stand at 16″ tall. That looks pretty darn sweet ! If Spinmaster follows suit as last year's Defender Voltron we "should" get these in April or May.

I just hope that Voltron faces is mis-transformed, because it looks off.

Can't wait for Voltron 84. I hope it's transformation is easier compared to the Dreamworks version because the limbs were so hard to detach and the thing was so top heavy it fell over many times.

I think it's based in the same engineering, mostly just an extensive remold.

I saw a couple of toy reviews on you tube and this time they have release buttons on the arms and legs. It could be a little better maybe
