I know this isn't Lightning Collection since it's considered a collector's line but Hasbro just announced that Plamates Toys now has the children's toy license to Power Rangers.

Who knows. Playmates is only supposed to be handling the children's toy lines so Hasbro could bring it back if they really want to and they'd probably have a better budget if they do since they won't have to split the budget between the childrens lines and the collector lines.

I looked into it just for fun. Too bad it's $20 for shipping.

What sucks is that if we order from amazon.ca, sometimes things ship from the US distribution facility, and we still get free shipping, but if we buy directly from amazon.com, we have to pay shipping.

I'm sure the Alien ranger set will continue to decrease in price on .ca. So it's probably best to just continue to wait. It's already went from $114 or $109. I doubt the set is moving very well with LC's future up in the air.
