A lot had their orders cancelled. I didn’t. It still says pending. Skip it if you want but it’s shipped and sold by Walmart so it’s not like it’s a scam or anything.

Finally got my Dino Thunder White Ranger helmet replacement today from Hasbro Canada. It came by Canada Post in a padded manila envelope. Perhaps they will be rolling out to everyone now so keep checking your mail if you're waiting for one.

I live in Winnipeg and i got my replacement dino thunder head today(Oct 29)! I got an email on October 22 saying that my replacement was ordered and shipped and i should get it in 7-14 business days.

What is going on with Hasbro? I make my order last month beginning of september before they started shipping them. All they told me was the order was placed. I never got a shipping notice. I opened a new support ticket a week ago about the replacement and they haven't emailed me back. I'm so tired of waiting I'm ready to just paint my defective helmet with a sharpie.
