Marvel Universe Masterworks (Wave 2) Sentinel Released in Canada
 

Thanks to sightings made by AFN members pdaaat and aznpnoy we now know that wave 2 of Marvel Universe Masterworks, which is none of other than Sentinel, has hit Canadian retail. The 16" figure was found at Zellers and priced at $59.99.

The sighting was made at Zellers in Ontario.

I saw a couple of these at ZAellers tonite in Sherwood Park. Pretty sweet.

Bah. Don't have the money. September is gonna be an expensive month for me. Plus, I have a feeling these will shelfwarm due to their price. You're only gonna have collectors really buying these after the first batch sell out quickly. Parents should stay away, so I think they'll be on sale later. Hopefully. haha.

That is the ones that I saw. Is that suppose to be rare?? I might pick up 1 tonight and just keep the receipt for future sale -- price adjustment.

Those are both for the SDCC version. What you see here is the retail version. Which is cannon, a version of Sentinel from the 80's was gray and blue.

No blister card, it comes in a huge box and a also comes with a repainted wolverine. Got mine at the fan expo

i just checked my local Zellers, they had them in as well. However no sign of MU 14 unfortunately

Zellers Orangeville has them as well. 59.99. They also had Falcon, Skarr, and Scarlet Spidey

Dammit! I've struck out at 3 Zellers locally....I need at least 6 of these! At this rate, I just might buy from Amazon.

Zellers here haven't been stocking em yet. Ahh, that store is awful. The one closest to me hasn't had anything new in months, last time they had anything new MU wise was back in Jan or Feb.

2 out of 4 Zellers I've went to this week have Sentinels. the 1st Zellers had 6 and the 2nd had 2. All Zellers will eventually get them for sure...be patient, they'll be around for a while once the initial spike of sales from collectors/scalpers has passed (as is the case with the shelf warming X-Men Giant Size pack at TRU).

I was completely set on skipping the MU version as well, but when I saw it in person, it was better than I thought! The voice and the head sculpt are really awesome, but still a half assed effort by Hasbro on reusing the Galactus body/limbs....
