C4 Pop Culture Expo: April 6th & 7th
 

The Central Canada Comic Con presents the C4 Pop Culture Expo this coming weekend, April 6th & 7th at the Winnipeg Convention Center. Tickets are available at Ticket Master and are $15 plus fees per day. Also if you are attending the World of Wheels, also at the Winnipeg Convention Center this weekend, you can purchase tickets for both events at a discounted cost.

The C4 Pop Culture Expo welcomes special guests Adam West, Burt Ward and Yvonne Craig, all from the original Batman TV series. As well the show will feature over 100 Vendors including Raven Collectibles, Nerdhaven Collectibles and Evolution Collectibles just to name a few. Several Fan CLubs local to Winnipeg will also be in attendance including Iacon North, River City Jedi. the Winnipeg Costume Alliance and many more.

Their lineup includes 3 different Batmobiles including the Tumber from the Dark Knight series as well as actor Christopher Douglas Reed(Sons of Anarchy) on Saturday & Wrestling Superstar Edge on Sunday.

Not sure I like the idea of the collector's expo moved to the Convention Center and expanded. Having a smaller show attracts other collectors and people just selling off their childhood toys rather than the same old dealers with inflated prices. I do miss the days of the smaller shows when it was fun to see what bargains would be had

I agree.

None the less there will still be a bunch of local collectors there selling, including myself . Several of them don't do the full sized C4 so there might well still be deals to be had.
