I guess it's not that unusual. Hasbro has partnered with TRU for some of their convention exclusives in the past, releasing some at the cons first and then some later on at TRU. With no physical conventions this year, PulseCon was pretty much it.

I visited the Kanata location this afternoon, ignorant of its release here but very pleased with the discovery. There was a single figure but with the frequency of deliveries before Christmas, there is a good chance this location will have a restock.
