That doesn't mean much as the Renegades figure will be sold as part of POC. According to Hasbro.

I would like a Scarlet. So if they are doing Renegades as POC, that's fine by me, so long as they look as good as POC.

POC just keeps on getting better! I'm glad that they are giving us more variety in figures as well as including more troop builders for both Joes and Cobra. Can't wait to see what these will look like!

I believe this is the case as well. I wonder if we'll get "Renegades" or "As Seen on Teletoon" stickers on the bubbles.

It has been my understanding that the Renegades figures will be in the POC line in POC style.
