and why did we not get a canadian card wraith variant?
also why has canada still not received dvd packs 3, 4 and 5 at retail while a silly little store called Marshalls in the US have received large quantities of them and are selling them at clearance prices for scalpers to scoop up and sell on ebay for a huge profit?

was moron wayans the first choice for the role of ripcord?
if so, why?
