Any indication on pricing?

Early prices are around $280, but that's just what I read from one source.

We'll see when stores have him up for PO. but I expect around there considering HT latest prices

Hot Toys is going to present a series of 1/6th scale Diecast Collectibles ranging from Iron Man 1, 2 & 3 to The Avengers to fans worldwide! Fans, are you expecting a Diecast Iron Man Mark III, Super Drone (Whiplash Mark II) or any others?

A series of Diecast collectibles is coming soon! Stay tuned!
found on HT FB page this morning.

I may be inclined to get a new MK III, but no way am I buying new stuff all over again. And being diecast metal only means the price these bad boys will jump north of $300

Managed to finish my display yesterday! All I need now is to figure out what to do for lighting.

Scribing the plexiglass was a pain! I dropped the magazine rack lower so I wouldn't have to make extra cuts for the side panels...or so I thought. Was off by maybe 3/4". All that aside, I had fun doing this project.

CTO15, I'm not sure how far you are into yours, but have you considered cutting out a section of the MDF base to give the Hulk a bit more clearance space? You could make it so that he's standing in a crater and paint and distress cardboard to match the colour of the base.

I haven't done much. I will once I get Hulk. That way I can the proper heights.

I have lowered the rack, but that's about it

Thanks man. I can't wait to see your Avengers Assembled. Will you be doing a dio?

I was going to phone around to have the glass cut. But when I bought the acrylic glass, it was pretty thin. Scribing it was actually pretty easy as long as you have a long straight edge and a couple of clamps.

I think I'm gonna put DX-11 Joker in there using the interrogation backdrop along with the DX-12.

grrr...having a hard time tracking down a decently priced DX12

i think im just about ready to give up on it, its been 3 weeks of dealing with out of stocks and sellers wanting a $50 overhead of retail on an open box or displayed piece.

this is where i start to hate collecting HT's

Sideshow has it on backorder, to be shipped in February. You could just place an order with them.

yah, i spotted this when i started my initial search for the figure after i realized i missed it. that's what im probably going to end up doing regardless of my search to find a local seller, though every time i have placed a back order with them ive been wait listed with nothing to ever come from it :(

bbts also has it in stock but at $340 before shipping there is no way in hell im biting on that
