Amazon lowering prices
 

Just a heads up. If you’re like me you have a bunch of stuff “saved for later” in your Amazon cart. A number of my items (Lego and AF) just dropped in price and continue to do so throughout the day.

Things go up and down, usually by a few cents, sometimes a few dollars throughout the day. Not to mention the occasionally unusually higher or lower prices of certain items compared to MSRP. Who knows how their weird algos work.

Traditionally, around December is when Amazon will start doing sales where the price does a slow drop over the course of a week. If you can wait it out, you can usually get a great deal on the pegwarmers and a decent deal on semi-popular toys.

THe one thing I don't like is Amazon don't do price matches. So often if something drops way lower than before. I have to order a new one and return the previous purchase... It's stupid

I wanted to pick up some marvel retro 3.75 figures. Used to be that you’d wait for the price to drop. I learned the hard way that with these you have to grab them at the $17.99 price when they first become available cause they jump to $21.99 within days of being in stock. Seems Amazon prices have as much of a tendency to go up as drop.
