NECA has revealed a new San Diego Comic-Con 2019 Exclusive, which is new release of their Pennywise from IT (2017). This figure is black and white and is meant to look like a etched drawing. It includes swap out portraits, interchangeable hands, and two balloons. Details below, photos after the jump.
