Thanks to AFN member Shatterstar we now know that the GI Joe Classified Retro Cardback Baroness has been released in Canada.

Baroness was sighted at a Walmart in Ontario. We have also heard reports from BC.

So it’s starting out as just solid cases of Baroness?
I hope that bodes well for the other figures like Classified retro Gung Ho. I really don’t want to miss out on him, so it would be nice to not have to resort to importing or the secondary market.

Anyways, that Baroness looks pretty good. I had planned on just sticking with the original one that came with the COIL, but if I see it in store, I see myself buying one for sure

How were the cardbacks?


They were known to be pretty flimsy, and now there are reports from people online that they are receiving their orders with bent cards.

Saw these at Wal-Mart today and the cardbacks are flimsy. I think it's going to be tough to get them in good shape. The figure looks great.
