EB Games Manitoba Corporate Clearance July 10th-15th @ Garden City Mall
 

EB Games Manitoba stores will be running a massive clearance sale at Garden City Mall, July 10th-14th.

This past week all of the stores have been boxing up older excess stock and consolidating it all at this one location.

The store manager at one location told me they expect to have in excess of 60,000 items at the clearance. The store is being set up early this week and can now be seen through the windows of the rented space next to Ardene, just down a couple stores from the Garden City EB Games location.

Clearance opens to the public on Wednesday July 10th @ 10am and runs through the weekend.

Ya same for me. Seems odd they just don't include all their retail stores as well for this sale. Every time I go in a EBGames around here there's so much old stock taking up space. Sometimes boxes on the floor leaving little room to even walk. Then again I'm just a regular customer, what do I know ?

I can see your point, but I feel like they already have. In Winnipeg they have nothing but sales on older stuff, like all the time.

They do $5 Fridays, 75% markdowns, Pop Vinyls as low as $3. About a month back they did a 50% off sale that ran for two weeks. They advertise all that stuff.

Those old boxes on the floor taking up space is what they are getting rid of so they have room for new product.

If this works in Winnipeg I suspect we could see other EB jurisdictions follow suit.
