Display stands for figures?

Hey everyone,

I finally moved into a bigger space and bought some shelves to display my figures...or at least 1/3 of them,

I could really benefit from some riser stands or whatever to maximize space, but the stuff I'm seeing online is all pretty pricey - like $20 for each stand. At a conservative estimate I would need at least 16 of these, so...not cheap.

Does anyone have any suggestions about alternatives? Might Dollarama have things that could be used as cheats? How does everyone display their figures, anyway?

HELP! :)

Dollarama usually has tiered spice stands, but they're not the nicest looking things and might be small depending on what you want to display.

If you have a kitchen organization type store in your area, you can maybe find a similar type of thing but nicer. I used to have some clear acrylic tiered risers that I got from a place like that. They're not going to be cheap either though. I probably paid at least 10 bucks each and that was several years ago.
