Mattel-DC Comics-Multiverse 4" Figures

Hello. I only ran across these figures recently on some online store. And was wondering if they were available online only, comic store, or mass retail. If anyone has any info, that would be appreciated.

Thanks comicbookboy. I actually found these last week at Target, but forgot to mention it. Got Batman, Bane, Azrael and Mr. Freeze, but no Deadshot. Does anybody know if he is a part of this first wave?
