What in the HELL are they smoking??? $140????? There is not a chance in hell that I would pay anywhere near that for the set.

I just recent picked up the SDCC Thunderbolts set for $95 (no tax). That $140 works out to $28US a figure (before tax).

I am now worried as to what they think they can charge up here now that the dollar has dipped again. Although I am hoping they realize that is the upper end of the scale that is reasonable.

I'm almost sure this will be proven wrong, because seriously, only die-hard collectors would be picking these up at that price.

If it's proven true, look to find these at Giant Tiger and other discount stores next year

Much like the MU X-Men set I can wait to get these on sale...no hurry at all to pay that price.

Maximum I want to pay is the same as my Thunderbolts set $95 after taxes. Will it happen? I guess it depends on how many sets TRU orders.

Relax guys. TRU will lower the price down when nobody takes the bite.
And there's always a chance that this will hit TRU in Canada and some marvel 25% off promotion will occur. Once in a while TRU has a sale for Marvel stuff, just not so lucky with DC.
