Got it to work. My mistake was I didn't change the store location.

Once I changed the location to a store local to me, THAT had the figure in stock, it worked fine for store pick up.

Same here.

I first did an order for local pickup as it said in stock. They cancelled within 10 mins and updated the site to show no stock for that store (and a bunch of others).

I assume they made the page live before making sure it was connected to the stock system. I'll bet it goes properly in stock AFTER the sale is done.

FWIW, around 10:14 am I managed to buy it and I did ship to home. Around 10:52 I noticed it was saying sold out. I think if you can select a store that is showing it in stock, you can do ship to store...but I heard some people who did ship to store had their order cancelled shortly after so idk. Now I am paranoid about my order lol Fingers crossed for everyone!

Of course you can. Just get the SKU and go in store. Today is the LAST day I believe for the sale.

You can always order online too then just get it adjusted in store.

Last rain check I got was in Nov 1984 at Zellers for any G1 transformer mid size car, never worked out, they were all gone and never came back before Christmas

Picked him up today after ordering online. Man it is a thing of beauty. Definitely one of the better releases in recent memory. The guy just feels like a tank, hence the "heavy" designation.

It only just now started to work again with that method though. The last 48 hrs it wouldn't actually add anything to my cart when I tried it - for me anyways. I'm sure they were just waiting for the sale to be done.

My shipment arrived today, but only contained 1 of the 2 I ordered (in an envelope as well - so watch that MIB collectors). My paypal was charged for both figures, so I'm hoping the 2nd one arrives tomorrow separately.

If you search for Mandalorian on the TRU.ca website it shows up as in stock for ship-to-home or pickup. When the page for the Heavy Gunner is clicked it shows up as out-of-stock.

As people mentioned in the thread previously, you have to select quantity 2 or 3 to see it as in stock. You can then select quantity 1 and it will show as being in stock. However, ship-to-home isn't given as an option, only in-store pickup (or at least, this is what my experience was with the site, maybe it is normal for everyone else).

The site let me place an order for home delivery though, so we'll see if it actually shows up. In November I had an "in-stock for home delivery" Marvel Legends Hercules that never got sent - I'm sort of expecting that to happen here.

I just got off the phone with them to report that they only shipped me 1 of the 2 I ordered. They gave me a refund as they said it was no longer in stock to ship to me. So take that for what it's worth. Just glad I got the 1, didn't need the 2nd anyways other than for the free shipping.

For those who got their TRU items, does your status still says processing? Mine was charged and shipped 7 days ago, picked up bu Canada post, and since then, it did not updated on their tracking system... I hope its not lost but i was curious to ask you guys.
