AFN: Can we get an update on the status of the 2010 waves of Marvel Universe from Hasbro Canada? Canada doesn’t seem to be getting them via any retailers.
Hasbro: You should see some freshness at retail over the next few weeks.

AFN: We have seen hi-res official images of the 5th wave of the 2010 series of Marvel Universe. The photo for Wolverine in his strike force/Team X costume shows him to be a repainted version of that same figure from the X-Men Origins line but with a new head but he has ball joints. Prototype pictures of this year's SDCC-exclusive Captain America have also popped up online showing what looks like ball joints. Can you confirm for us whether or not the final retail versions of those figures will have ball joints? Having ball jointed figures clashes with the rest of the MU line.
Hasbro: They will have ball joints.
