Last Jedi Force Link Emperor

I didn't see a section for 3.75" Star Wars figures so I'll just straight up ask.

Hello everyone, I saw (on another forum) that someone found The Last Jedi force Link Emperor in Canada but the report didn't say where can anyone shed some light on this?

The Target Throne Room 3-pack with him, Luke, and ERG was released at Canadian Tire. No idea about the single carded one.

Yeah, just saw mention of it showing on a US card last week.
Just google Forcelink Emperor found in Canada it's the first link.
I'd just mention the name but I don't know how the mods feel about that.

Is this recent? I never go to canadian tire for toys
