The often requested Ultimate Pinhead from Hellraiser finally made its debut at San Diego Comic-Con 2019. At the show, only the unpainted prototype was on display from NECA. However, they have sent out official photos and details, which give us a look at a fully painted version. Look for Pinhead to hit stores in October. You can view the photos after the jump.
