Calgary Expo returns to Stampede Park for another big year, April 24th-27th!

This year features one of the biggest guest lineups ever including the prinicpal cast of Aliens, Bruce Campbell and Anthony Daniels just to name a few. As well hundreds upon hundreds of vendors, artists and activities will be on hand, as well as cosplay groups like the Star Wars 501st Badlands Garrison.

I couldn't believe they got Sigourney to come as well! Her photo op is $175 though, I imagine autographs aren't that far off...

I gotta say the Bruce Campbell panel was awesome! It's basically a one man show, almost like stand up. No emcee/host, just Bruce and the crowd. Raise your hand to ask a question and he'll just pick from the litter. Easily the best panel of the show.

Kevin Eastman is quite insightful, he's actually a little pleased that people will go in with low expectations for the new movie. Also apparently he voiced ice cream kitty. Super nice guy, glad I was able to grab a photo with him before he left.
