Actually if you watch the latest episode of The Mandalorian that statement is kinda false about the Troopers.

Anybody know anything about EB's Moff Gideon wave preorders? They originally said dec 1, but now it's "unknown" and my local EB has yet to receive anything.

Yak Face reported yesterday that this wave (moff one), Jar Jar, the new archive wave and some Din/Child deluxe pack are heading to US as I type this, so pretty soon I guess.
