Yes he is (or at least was). We bought the X-men and the SHIELD car set at the Sherway LEGO store in Toronto to get to $50 and received him!

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I will try and sweettalk someone on there to see if they take pity on the new Canadian guy. I will keep my eye on e-bay as well and keep hoping that they show up here!

Maybe I am strange but I like their choices for both the SDCC exclusives and the on-line exclusive as I will not feel the irrational need to get them when they are just repaints and different...

My 5-year old has manged to lose his over the holidays (I think the cat ate it - or his little brother!).

The SDCC is fantastic! I wasn't going to open them up to play with but the kids decided otherwise. Captain America is still sealed up as we already had two but the other three are at large and well...

Here is a picture from Entertainment Earth showing Namor as well. I plan to get him, Electro and Guardian if they show up in Canada (I expect they will eventually since Guardian is included!).
